We ship only to locations within the United States. We regret we cannot ship to
P. O. Boxes or outside the United States.
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of processing of your order. If your order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, the order will be processed on the next business day.
Refund and Return Policies
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items only that are unworn, in new condition with ALL tags attached. We are pleased to accept return of our merchandise for refund within 14 days from the date of receipt. Merchandise may be returned to any of our store locations or mailed to:

A credit will be issued to the same credit card that was used at the time of purchase. Evelyn & Arthur does not refund shipping and handling charges.
Once we have received your return, we will refund your credit card within 3-5 business days. In-store returns of web merchandise are for store credits only.
Please note that sale merchandise may be exchanged, but return of sale merchandise is for store credit only.
Evelyn & Arthur accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We do not accept Checks or Cash for web orders. We do not charge sales tax outside of the state of Florida.
To Make a Return or Exchange
Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Include a copy of the original receipt. (We recommend that you insure return packages to Evelyn & Arthur. We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.)
We make every attempt to keep our website updated, but occasionally an item may be sold out or unavailable. In this case we will contact you via email.
